Rental Agreement

Terms & Conditions (English)

  1. A security deposit of 200₾ is mandatory; the amount may vary depending on the rental duration.
  2. The fuel/battery level must be at least equal to that at the time of rental. Otherwise, an additional charge will apply or be deducted from your deposit.
  3. Returning a dirty vehicle will incur an extra charge: 40₾ for sedans, 50₾ for SUVs, deducted from your deposit.
  4. The vehicle is under full GPS monitoring.
  5. Towing or tire service is included in the price and is available in major cities within Georgia.
  6. Insurance: All vehicles are insured, but the driver’s responsibility applies as per insurance terms.
  7. Minimum age & experience: Rental is allowed only for drivers aged 22+ with at least 2 years of driving experience.
  8. Payment methods: Cash, bank transfer, or USDT are accepted.
  9. Fines & violations: All fines or violations during the rental period are the renter's responsibility and will be charged or deducted from the deposit.
  10. Late return: One extra day's rental may be charged for late return. Up to 1-hour late return is acceptable only if agreed in advance.
  11. Documents: The renter must hold a valid ID or passport, and a driver’s license must be presented while driving the rented vehicle.
  12. Vehicles may not be used off-road or on roads where damage is likely.
  13. The renter must immediately inform us of any issues. In case of accident,
    do not move the vehicle—first, contact us and the police. Insurance is void if no police report is issued and full liability is with the renter.
  14. In case of lost key, the renter must cover the full cost of replacement or new key creation.
  15. Subleasing is prohibited. Only the person named in the contract (and additional drivers specified in advance) may operate the vehicle. Additional drivers must be registered and documents submitted beforehand.
  16. In the event of unexpected issues, the renter must contact us immediately and not take independent action (except tire replacement).
  17. Taking the vehicle outside Georgia is strictly forbidden.
  18. Smoking is prohibited inside the vehicle. A penalty will apply in case of violation.
  19. The vehicle must not be left unlocked or with the key left inside. In case of theft due to renter's negligence, insurance will not cover the loss.
  20. The vehicle must be returned to the same location it was picked up from, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

⚠️ Breach of Agreement

In case of violation of these rules, the company reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement and retain the full deposit and rental fee as reasonable by cause.
